HINDWASH By Nolan Moon This fever is gnawing in me; it's burn-Laity icy hot. I wish I had the strength to see, all the answers that I sought. AT first it was just a flame, but now it's a roaring fire. I know I'll never feel the same, I can't go much higher. So I tell myself; It's just half a flame, It's only a childish game. Nothing will become of it; it's just a tantrum fit. It's a song gone sour, Never reaching a ripen hour. These deepen feelings of mine, will subside in time. But it's no use, I can't convince myself, to take my heart and feelings, and put them on the shelf, just to clip their wings. Oh I know it's wrong, cause you're not mine. And I'll just have to long, and walk the narrow line. Cause you belong to another, and not mine to take. Then I'd deprive some other, and only for my sake. Although; This fever is gnawing inside of me; it's burning icy hot. I wish I had the strength to see, all the feelings that I sought.
